      Hi, I enrolled in ***** Academy the earlier part of this year. I was not going to do this but it is the principal of the matter and I think it important to report this. I was gifted a Medical Billing and Coding Course by my Mother. As I studied, I noticed obvious mistakes in the text and it was starting to seem as though no matter what issue I had or when I contacted, the same ONE person was answering ALL of my needs. No matter who else I would try to contact. It was very odd of an experience to be have from a huge school with many supposed faculty members. Why is this one person who does not know the difference between national and international handling all of the calls? I kept on and kept on telling this one person that I was not located in ***************** and due to that, I was not comfortable taking the course as the mistakes in the text and this person all together all of that- was making me not feel secure with this school. But I was always assured that everything would be fine and work out.Then when I saw too many mistakes and the text was getting to be confusing, I contacted the school again and was told that I could speak with the Director and this so called Director only assured me that even if I was confused I would have ****** to refer to in the future so seeing mistakes would not be a big deal.I had enough of them by then and then when I looked them up I saw some people saying that the school was a scam and that they do not give refunds. Sure enough, I called them back and this time after me sending so many emails about errors in their ebook materials I could not let pass and I know factually they knew my number, and I realized that they were not going to answer my emails- a whole other guy answered and I asked him the process for withdrawing from this course and the first thing he said that they do not offer refunds. I told him right away it sounded like a scam and I let it go but now I do not. ***********************

      I register for an online class but change my mind the same day I signed up ( I decided to register for an in person class to a different school) and so i requested for a refund. I've send an email and waited for their reply but got a response few days after and told me i cannot cancel for its already out of the cancellation policy. I insisted to getting the refund for I dont have a job and money is super tight. Until now I didnt receive any refund and freak out when I saw a charge on my card again for the payment plan. This is my first time signing up for an online class and was traumatize. I will never take online classes especially if the school have bad customer service.

      Customer was never charged of the course purchased.  Customer's payments were cancelled upon request of the customer.  Customer is only responsible for the nonrefundable administration fees of $100, as per school policies.

      I  cancel it few minutes after i register which is basically less than 24 hours.. I spoke with them and they said they will not charge me..
