    I have sent 2 emails with supporting documentation, including photos of the damage and my receipt, to initiate a warranty claim with Mirage Luggage. During normal travel, the handle of my luggage broke off. The retractable handle was in the down position. There is no other visible damage or impact to the hard case. The luggage was used twice, date of purchase 6/25/24. I have sent photos documenting the breakage to the email given on the company's website. I have called the company's customer service phone number two days in a row; the calls were unanswered. I did leave a detailed message regarding the previous 2 emails both times. I also sent an email through the "contact us" link on Mirage Luggage's website at the time of the original submission. None of these emails or calls have been acknowledged or returned.
    The initial email was sent 12/30/24, and follow up sent again 1/19/25. The company's website indicated that a response will be within 7-10 business days. This did not happen.
    My intention is to have either the luggage replaced with a comparable item or have replacement parts sent to me.
