    I found this school online looking to take an EKG course. Stated it was 100% online and out of state students encouraged to apply. I had no idea clinicals were to be done at the school. I live far away and immediately asked to cancel and unenroll when I was aware of this. They charged me twice, after I asked for a refund. Made up some bull c*** about some enrollment fee, I literally CANNOT attend the school. Make you jump through hoops for any sort of "refund" and charged my card again after I asked a million times to unenroll me. Place seems like a scam and just wants to take your money, even if you can't attend the school. Avoid at all costs and find a better school that is honest and trustworthy.

    Thank you for your response; to inform that a refund was provide you and it was well explained that the deposit is nonrefundable. It also take up to 10 business to receive the refund which was also informed to you. It is a shame that people will leave untruthful review to gain their benefit. If you attend any school/ College/University and you decided to drop the course for whatever reason you will still have to pay your tuition or a fee those are the rules/law of the state of **********. I advice you educate yourself first. With the being said best of luck in your future endeavors.

    I had the pleasure of enrolling in K&G Career Academy recently, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I've made for my career advancement.     I would not recommend spending money and time obtaining license for the courses offered, including but not limited to CHHA license with K&G **********************. The management of the company is not being honest about rules set by board of nursing For students regarding timeframe of completion for CHHA courses. Time frame for a course set by K&G Academy is only 3 weeks. Other schools like Right at Home in ** offer the same CHHA course for five weeks to complete 68 modules. On average it is equivalent to 70 hours including tests that must be done at the end of each module K&G Academy sets those rules to maximize their profits. The board of nursing does not set a timeframe when 68 modules of the course will be completed.In my case, K&G Academy refused to acknowledge 56 hours that I put in in Virtual Learning and 16 hours of clinicals that were completed by me. K&G Academy, explain to me that I need to start the course over and pay another $420.00 to the school.

    This particular student wanted me to go against our policy and the Board of nursing policy this particular student did not complete the course giving her over three weeks to complete; and arrived late to the clinical session despite providing her all the details and policy as well as the ************* she would have to attend. The total course is 76 hours if there is a school that is providing training for 70 hours then there is something wrong there because the state requirement are 76. We are not in business of breaking the law and as she mentioned attending another school that is clearly not following state regulations prompting a 70 hours course is not following state requirements.
