      I purchased a frame as a gift in the amount of $159 and the frame was never shipped. The phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails.

      I ordered a diploma frame April 12, 2022. I've contacted the company multiple times (5) to get an update. I payed almost $300. I want my money back!

      I placed an order with On Campus Marketing on Aug 21, 2022 to deliver a care package to my child at college. When it did not arrive by the end of October 2022, I called and they said it would be delivered around November 8th. Nothing was delivered. I received an email saying all the packages are being moved to Spring 2023 to be delivered the week of March 8th, 2023. Still no package has been delivered and now I cannot call the phone number listed. I want my money back if they can't deliver.

      I also ordered Care Packages for my student that never arrived. Upon calling the number provided on this page ************ OCM is in foreclosure and there are no goods or finances available to fulfill or refund our orders. You can call ************ to hear a recording of where to email your claim, with no guarantee of a refund or fulfillment. ********************* Very disappointed. I purchased from OCM for our first student in college and there were no issues. We paid for a high quality mattress topper and I ordered the care packages "bundle" and we were very satisfied a few years ago. So sad, that as early as August 22, OCM was willing to accept our orders, knowing that they were in financial troubles.

      I have tried more than 10 times to contact On Campus Marketing about a damaged and incorrect order I received. I have tried emailing and have tried to contact this company by phone but I have not gotten a reply by email and all phone calls are met with busy signals or full voicemail mailboxes so I can not leave messages. I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks. I would like to either receive what I ordered, correct and undamaged, or I would like a refund and be able to return this item (diploma frame) postage paid.

      I wish I would have taken the time to research this company before I purchased my frame. But, the brochure came in the mail not long after I received my bachelors degree, and I thought framing my diploma would be a nice Christmas gift for myself. I ordered it on 12-14-22, knowing it would arrive before Christmas, because their website stated so. After a week from ordering, I checked the order status and it said “still processing” and that they were experiencing delays. Knowing it was Christmas, I emailed the company just to see what the actual status was. I received a computer generated response that someone would reach out to me in 2-3 business days. After four business days and Christmas has passed, I reached out by email again. Note that I would have called the company directly, but their website no longer has a contact number available, as well as the option for a live chat is no longer there. The computer generated response I received from this second email stated “Earlier this year, OCM ceased operations and is no longer a business entity due to foreclosure.” Now I am left with no frame. No communication to the company. And no refund option that I am seeing. What is more bothersome to me is that there are many more customers out there going through the same thing. I wish to have my money refunded so that I may purchase a frame from a company that will honor their promise and mail it to me.

      On August 6, I placed an order for my son who was to attend *************************. On August 22, I called to cancel the order, as he had withdrawn. I spoke on the phone and received email verification that my order was canceled (W33331789657) and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. It has been 4 months and I have still not received any refund or response from this company, despite contacting them several times by email.

      I placed an order for **************************" Classic frame in March of 2022. My son graduated in May and I still have not received the frame I paid $239.95 for. If you add shipping the total costs was $255.90. Since then I have called on 4 different occasions asking when the frame would arrive. I have been told that it was on backorder but would arrive by his graduation. It didn't arrive and my next call made the reply was it should be by June. It didn't arrive. and still hasn't arrived and today is December 16 2022. Now when I call everything is an automated response. I have 5 days in a row and not once been able to speak to someone. You now have to send an email. I have yet to get a response by email. I would like to have my money back so that I can get his diploma framed elsewhere.

      On 05/24/2022 I purchased a diploma frame in the amount of $243.51. The company was contacted 12 times over the course of 6 months and they stated the item was on backorder. Majority of the time they did not respond to my emails. I contacted the company 3 additional times asking for a refund of which I never got a response. I have called the phone number of the website and it is disconnected. I have made a claim with **** ** ******* to try and resolve the issue however my bank denied the claim due to time constraints as it has been 6 months since purchase. I am beyond frustrated with this business for scamming me out of so much money and frustrated that they strung me along so much that I could not get compensation from my bank. I have attached order confirmation, bank charge, and some of the emails they have sent regarding delays

      Frame was delivered by Fedex on 11/30. Left out in the rain; when opened the glass was shattered. I filed a claim with FEDEX they denied the claim - need proof OCM will not pay. I called OCM multiple times -no answer left 2 voicemails and tried to reach out on their website (contact us) and I get an error message from their website. I sent an email 2 Xs. No reply. The value of the frame is $125.
