      I ordered 3 goodie boxes for my college daughter. Only received 2 of the 3 and I paid in full. I have sent 3 emails, and called able to speak to nobody, because they say they’re too busy and to email customer service. I have heard nothing back on my requested refund for the Out of the Blue box, which I was told would be delivered approx November 4 2022 in an email they did respond to, me asking when boxes get delivered. My order number is ************, and I have a confirmation email from this company dated 8/11/22 confirming my order. Please help in getting a refund for this box.

      I purchased 4 college care packages to be delivered to my daughter for her first fall semester of college. I purchased 4 packages on September 22, 2022 for $122.52. The first package came without issues and was a very nice surprise for my daughter. The second package was suppose to come on October 14th and around October 28th I called OCM because my daughter had not received her package (so I had to ruin the surprise) they said the package was on backorder but never notified me of that status at any time and never sent the package. A small refund was given and they sent the package late but DID NOT send the cutest part of the package which was a ton of Halloween decorations that I really wanted her to get. So now she was suppose to get a package in the middle of November and it never came. I called the company many times which is now just going to a voicemail or they say its after business hours. So then I sent several emails to the email address listed on their website. I received an email back that said someone will help me but no one has ever answered the email and I keep emailing them and no response. I called again tonight and they said they are closed. I just want my money back for the goods my daughter did not receive (the care packages).

      I placed an order on 4/7/2022 for a diploma frame for $150.21 for my son's Master's degree to match the one I had order the year prior for his Bachelor's degree. Approximately one month later I received a refund to my credit card for $10.58. When I called to inquire, they said there was a delay so they had sent me a partial refund for my inconvenience, but the diploma frame would be shipped out shortly. I continued calling for status every few months and was told that the orders were being shipped in the order they were received. The last time I called and was able to reach someone, they said the frame would still be delivered but they would no longer be able to provide status updates over the phone. Now when I call, no one will answer, including when you press the option to place an order. I do not get any responses to my email requests aside from the automated, "Thank you for contacting OCM customer **********************! We have received your message and we'll be in touch soon! Our normal business hours are M-F from 9am-6pm. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response from our team as we work to get back to you as quickly as possible." I would really like to get the frame so it will match my son's other frame, but in lieu of that, I would like to get the remaining $139.63 refunded so I can try to find a matching frame elsewhere.

      I ordered a care package plan for my daughter at ********. Five packages were to be delivered in total. As of today 12/12/2022 she should have received 3 packages she has only received 1. I have sent several emails with no response. No one answers phone. I purchased on Sept. 7, 2022 for ******. I want to be refunded for packages that were not received and cancel the remaining 2 packages since I have no confidence that they will be sent either. My refund should be *****.

      I purchased a Year of Care package for $192.25 on 8/6 which was to include 6 care packages dispersed over the course of the school year. The Welcome package was received shortly after the start of the Fall semester as promised. I even received a shipment notification email. I contacted OCM in October regarding shipment of the ********* care package and never received a response. My student did end up receiving this package prior to *********. Fall finals have concluded, and student has returned home. The *********** care package was never received. I emailed OCM on 12/5 requesting a refund if the shipment was not enroute as delivery was promised 12/1 per the companys website. I received a shipment notification yesterday 12/11 showing that item is scheduled to be delivered 12/12. My student will not be returning to campus until 1/9/2023. I have requested a refund for only the *********** care package twice now with zero response from OCM. At this point I intend to dispute charges with my credit card company.

      On 8/19/2022, I purchased Honors Plan- ************ package and an out of blue package for my daughter. Order #W33331841659. I paid with personal check, $81.00. On 8/29/2022, I canceled the order via telephone and was told I would receive refund. I called back 3 weeks later and was told check had been sent, but informed them that I did not receive. They replied that they would speak with supervisor to possibly reissue check after investigation and they would contact me through email and that was September. I never received a response.. I have called so many times which only goes to voice mail instructing you to email to customer ************************************************** I have emailed multiple times without response, at least 10 times..

      I ordered and paid for 2 diploma frames in May 16 2022. I only received one frame. I have tried in July to contact the company and now in December. I am not getting a solution to the missing paid for frame. I have emailed many times. And I have tried calling but it seems this company does not take phone calls. I don't know who else to escalate the problem to. As I have paid for goods 7 months ago that I have not received or been reimbursed used for. I would prefer receiving the frame I paid for -as it was a graduation gift for my son. But I would also take reimbursement.

      I purchased the 4 pack - fall semester care package offer from On Campus Marketing for my college student. She received the initial care package and no others. They said 1 additional package was delivered, however, the proof they sent was not for my daughters school, which was also confirmed by the schools mailroom. The school also confirmed that no additional OCM care packages have been received. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact OCM via phone, but their phone says they are busy and disconnect the call. Their online chat feature is always listed as unavailable. Several emails have been sent, with no response. I have also messaged them and commented on their Social Medium platforms, again, with no response, but it shows that they have read my messages, therefore getting my information to contact me. As of today, fall semester is over for my child, and she is home, and only received ONE of the FOUR packages she was supposed to receive. The package total paid by me was over $120, and the order was no fulfilled by the company, nor did they attempt to rectify the issue, or acknowledge my concerns when I attempted to contact them via the above mentioned methods.

      Order number ******** was placed in 4/26/22, received attached email on 5/6/22. I have been trying to call for months and no one ever picks up and the message states to email *********************** but no one has ever replied after several emails. I have asked several times to just cancel the order and refund me. At this point, I have purchased another frame and just want my money back.

      I placed two orders with this company -- they service colleges. I placed one for ****** ******* and one for ********** college. The date of the transactions was 9/4/22. The order for each was a create your own box with 15 selected items for $30. The items were to be delivered during finals -- that is what I had selected and picked a card to match. The order numbers are: ************ and ************* The following are my complaints - each box was delivered with less items as they were on back order one box was missing 5 items and the other was missing 6 items . The boxes were both delivered on Halloween which is not finals time. And the boxes were delivered in a plain cardboard box and not the box shown when ordering. I have called several times since I learned of the delivery on 10/31 since the items were not what I paid for - I did leave a message and no return call. I tried again several times, I get a message saying "go online" or "mailbox is full" no matter which option I select. I have emailed the company and have not received a response. I filled out a form online and no reply. My husband has called several times too with no response. He did get one email response stating that someone would contact him in 72 hours but that did not happen. I would like money back as the order was not fulfilled as what I paid for. Attached are copies of their original correspondence stating items were backordered, my emails, the one reply from OCM, a picture of the box I ordered and a picture of the box I received (note this is two orders for two different daughters at two different colleges with the same poor result).
