On June 1st of 2022 I place an order for 3 college diploma frames for my 3 children (********, ************************************ and *************************************). The full payment was paid at the time of the order and my order number was #W33331607782. I places the order with a live associate over the phone and was told that I would receive all 3 diploma frames within 2 weeks.I received only the ******** diploma frame two weeks later. After another week, I called OCM to inquire about the other two diploma frames that had not yet arrived. I was told that they were on back order and would be another 4-6 weeks.After another 8 weeks had gone bye, I still had not received the two college diploma frames - so I called OCM again to get the status and timing for delivery. I was told that they were still on back order and that I should receiving them soon. After 3 months had gone bye, I still have not received the two college diploma frames, so I called OCM again....... The representative I spoke with was going to check on the status of the order and get back to me. I never heard back from the associate that was looking into my issue. It has now been 6 months and I still have not received my order!!!!Over the past 2 weeks I have tried to call the company more than 10 times at ************ and I continue to get the same message. All associates are busy right now, please send us an email so we can better serve you. I have then sent 5 different email over the past 2 weeks and still have not received a call back from a representative to inquire about my order. At this point, It has been over 6 months and I haven't received my order, nor have I received any communication from the company or its representatives..... and It appears to be impossible to get a live human on the phone to speak with! I would just like to cancel my order and get a full refund with interest paid to me for the money the company has held for the past 6 months.Initial Complaint

"THIS COMPANY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES"!!!!! THEY ARE TRULY JUST A AWFUL AND VERY DIFFICULT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR EMAILS!!! BUT I'M NOT GOING TO CONTINUE TO STAND FOR THIS TREATMENT!!!! THEY HAVE OUR MONEY, AND THEY HAVE DISAPPOINTED MY CHILD, AND ME, AS WELL!!!! THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM US AND DISAPPOINTED OUR STUDENTS!!!!!! "IT'S BAD BUSSINESS!! They are presenting themselves as legitimate, yet they're not fulfilling orders, they're not answering their phones nor are they responding to any emails. I place an order on 8/22/22 for the fall semester 4 care package support plan. My daughter only rec'd two of the packages and she comes home on 12/9/22 which is in 3 days. She never rec'd the out of the blue package and she never rec'd the fall finals package. All colleges have final exams either the first or second week of December so they should have been sent out already. My order number is W33331829368. When I call, it just hangs up after it gives you choices 1 or 2. I've tried two different phone numbers. I've emailed about three different times and no one gets back to me. I would like a refund. I have never dealt with an organization that doesn't have a live person or one that doesn't answer their emails. I even tried online chat but its just a bot. I paid $125.38 and would like a refund. This is unacceptable and I feel bad that my daughter didn't get anything since Halloween. If I knew this, I would have sent her something else on my won. UNACCETABLE and a total scamInitial Complaint

I ordered a frame in June of 2022 (it is now December 2022) for $145 and it never shipped on order number *************. No one answers calls or emails. I have tried time and time again to get in contact with them.
At one point a couple months ago in an online chat I was told by an agent of OCM that the frame supplier cancelled that specific frame style and that I would be contacted soon for a refund. I was never contacted and now that online chat feature is gone from their website.
I would like a refund for the $189 that they have taken from me and used interest free for the last 6 months. It is theft.
I have called and there is no voicemail. I have emailed and they stopped responding to my emails after August.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ******** ************* University diploma frame order # ************ from OCM on-campus marketing on June 15, 2022, and still have not received the item. My CC was charged $212. I have emailed customer service and tried calling, but no calls or emails have gone through, and there has been no attempt by them to reach out to me regarding the sale. I still, however, get promotional sales ads regarding diploma frames with ******** **** University's name. ******** **** told me that *** does not support this site.

I ordered a diploma frame on 7/19/2022 - order number W33331718762. My credit card was charged for the total of $213.27 on 7/21/2022. I have not received this item and OCM does not provide for live customer ********************** on the phone. Several direct emails have been sent and not answered. Their online form for questions errors out on submission. I would like the product shipped immediately or an immediate full refund so I can order the product from a different store as it was intended to be a Christmas present. On 08/16/22 I ordered five college gift boxes for my son for $114.22. Order number ************. He received the first Off to College box (which all students get free) but did not receive the paid for boxes of his birthday box on 09/24/22, out of Blue box, or Fall finals box. Are they going to get the Valentine's box? The contact form on their website doesn't work. No phone number for resolution. My account with them online doesn't work. They say to email. I ordered a frame on 25 April 2022 with an 8 week lead time. I did not receive the frame within the 8 weeks so I contacted them to ask about it. They replied and said sorry they don't know when it would be delivered. So pretty much every month after then I contacted them to ask about it and they said they had no idea. On October 27th I initiated a cancelation with the company to which they said I would receive a refund in 5 to 10 business days. I never received my refund. I contacted them to ask about the refund and they never replied. That's completely unacceptable and I believe I'm not the only person who hasn't received their refund; hence why I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Today, 4 December 2022, I filled a dispute with ******** ******** ******** ******* is processing my dispute but aren't sure if they will be able to get it. I will attach my full email conversations with their customer support. I will either accept a full refund or the frame that I ordered. Thanks for your help!Initial Complaint

On 11/13/2022 I ordered 2 snack based packages to surprise my son at college. The order has not been processed 10 days after the order so I started calling the company to find out why it's not processed yet (they have already received the funds as I paid via PayPal). Their phone contact stated I have to email them because there are no people available to answer phone calls. I sent an email and received an auto-reply email stating they will reply in 2 - 3 business days. My email was sent 11/23/2022 and as of 12/1/2022 I still have no response and my email and my order still hasn't been processed. In my email I stated that my son will be leaving campus for winter break and I need to know when the order is going to be processed because it seems he may miss the order since it's taking so long. I also stated I will want a refund if they can't process the order in time for him to get the items before he leaves campus for winter break. My order number is W33331908453. I believe this company is fraudulent and I want other buyers to be aware of this as well as a full refund for my unprocessed order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a diploma frame July 10th, 2022. The order status never changed from "processing." I have emailed customer ********************** multiple times trying to cancel the order, but they are not responding. I have also tried to reach them by phone, but it only rings for a minute and then hangs up. I would just like my money back so I can order a frame for my diploma. Thank you!
