I purchased a diploma frame in April 2022. Once I received my diploma I realized it was the wrong size frame. I called OCM on 3 different occasions. The first 2 times I was told a new frame would be sent and I could use the packaging to send back the wrong frame. I threw away the packaging and then on the 3rd call was told I needed to send back the frame before I could get a replacement. I explained I no longer had the packaging based on what I was told prior. I called a 4th time and left a message. The return customer ********************** rep told me a manager would call me and never did. I have left numerous messages and written numerous emails since and have not received a reply.Initial Complaint

This business obtained my contact information through my son's university and guaranteed high quality sheets that would last him all four years of college so I purchased two sets. We washed the sheets once and there were several holes and places where the hem was undone. I contacted the company and asked about returning them. They gave me the return form and directions. I boxed up both complete sheet sets and shipped them to the company paying about $15 in shipping to return. The company confirmed they received the sheets and said a return was processed on 10/05/22. I never received a refund and the company will not return my emails. I reached out to the *** at my son's school and they contacted OCM and told them to resolve the problem. I received an email that they were working on it and have not heard anything since 11/16/22. Still no refund and they have not responded to my emails since checking on status. They have had the returned sheets for over two months without refunding me and will only respond when the university tells them they have to. At the very least I want a full refund for the sheets I returned and at this point I think they should also refund my return shipping. I would be happy to share the email correspondence, but am unable to upload. If you have an email to send these to I would be more than happy to provide.Initial Complaint

Hello, I ordered a care package subscription for my daughter, who is newly attending ***********************. The company has not fulfilled its promise to deliver care packages, despite numerous attempts and/or communication via phone calls, emails and chat. End of August 2022 or beginning of September 2022 I ordered a care package for my son, plus a care package set. In September OCM was supposed to send the single package, plus the first of 4 in the set. I received and email about the shipping to my sons college EMU. He to this day has not received a care package. At this point there should have been 4 packages, and the fifth to arrive next month. I called OCM and get a different explanation every time. The first shipment was allegedly delivered outside the dorm. This was probably stolen. The replacement was sent (allegedly) and at front desk on dorm. My son checked repeatedly and there was nothing in his building. I have made numerous phone calls, with no straight answer, and nothing to solve the delivery issue. Each time it's said the packages are delivered, without any tracking information or signatures.I asked for a refund, which I did not receive. On 7/31/22, I paid On Campus Marketing $177.87 for a series of care packages to be sent to my daughter at ***************************. It included a welcome to college package. By early October, my daughter had received nothing. By phone, I cancelled my order on October 3. I received the email confirming cancellation on 10/3. I was told I would receive a refund. I placed an order on March 26, 2022 for a diploma frame valued at $324.95. Order #W33331499538. I contacted the company in May, July, August, and September because I was not receiving the package. Each time they responded that there were shipping and production delays and they would let me know as soon as possible with a shipping update. Once October and still no frame has arrived, I called the company directly and spoke with two different individuals who finally told me that the order Could no longer be fulfilled and they would give me a refund. It would have been nice for them to contact me with that info not me seeking it out. They apparently had trouble refunding my credit card that was used and said they would mail a check to me. I contacted them at the beginning of November as I still had no receipt of the refund check in the mail. And ever since then when I contact them I get the voice recording and no response from the email requests. This is beyond ridiculous. All I want is my refund so I can purchase another diploma frame and so my son can hang his diploma.Initial Complaint

I ordered the Ultimate Cheer Package from this company which is a series a care packages sent to my child at his university at various intervals. I received an email on July 13, 2022 that they had received my order. I paid them $174.24 for this service. My child did not receive the first package on time. I contacted the company and they said there was a delay due to the university mail service. That package did arrive but was a week late. The second package was to be delivered the week of Halloween and never came. I have tried several different ways to contact this company and I have not been able to speak with anyone. In August of this year, I ordered care packages from this company to send to my son who is a college freshman. He never received his first two packages and I inquired about it only to get messages basically saying they were on the way. After, a month of asking about the packages, I asked for a refund. I have contacted them numerous times, only to have one excuse after another! It has been three months, I should have gotten my refund check by now! I placed a care package gift order through OCM on or around August 12 for snacks to be delivered to my sons college throughout the year. I never received a confirmation email. One of the items I ordered was a ***************** cookie tin - the only item that was delivered (in August as soon as school began). The confirmation email that came with that order gave an order number of #W33331818258. Im not clear if that number applies to my entire order or just the cookies. No other care packages have been delivered and it is now November. OCM charged my credit card for the full amount of my order, $191.40, on August 14. I have tried to contact OCM to find out the status of the rest of my order, or have the balance refunded. OCM has a contact phone number, but the message always states that all callers are busy and to go online, then the call hangs up. You are unable to wait and try and talk to someone or leave a message.Their online issues form does not take submissions, it gives an error message.Their customer ********************** email address gives an automatic response that the email has been received and you will receive a response within 72 hours, but no response is received. I placed an order through OCM last year and had no issues with the service. Part of the appeal of OCM is that it is a fundraising mechanism for the college. However, I expect them to fulfill their obligations and deliver what I ordered. At this point I'm leaning toward having the outstanding money refunded to me. I appreciate your assistance in trying to get this resolved.
