      I ordered my daughter's diploma frame in March 2022 and was promised it would be in her hands on graduation day (May 2022) and I never I received. I had communicated with them many, many times and they assured me they were in close contact with their suppliers and that it was a "supply chain issue." ************ is now out of business and I never received anything. I am out over $300. I have never been scammed like this before and it's very upsetting.

      I order the year of care packages for my daughter . Paid and didn't even get 1. I called and left messages not even 1 response . Total fraud. Now I see they are out of business! I ordered in Aug. 2022.

      DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Just called and their message is that they are out of business! Would have been nice to know this! I placed an order on June 5, 2022 and their message says they are out of business and will not honor any orders place before September of 2022. So I'm just out $230! Horrible company!

      If I could give zero stars I would. I returned a rug months ago at my expense and I'm still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend anyone order from this company. Poor quality and even worse customer experience.

      Zero stars should be an option for this business. They do not fulfill the order, they do not respond to email requests for an update, their voicemail box stays full so you cannot leave a message, the reception option puts you into the full voicemail, and their customer ********************** line stays busy. They put me in a bind for a Christmas gift that I ordered in November, with plenty of time to get it to me. I will never order from them again.

      I also wish I had read the reviews before buying their college care package! :( I ordered the college care package which was supposed to include 4 care packages (Halloween, Fall Finals, Spring package, and Spring Finals). I received an email regarding the delivery of the Halloween package and my son received the package as described. I was looking for the email for the fall finals package and never received and I started reaching out to On Campus Marketing LLC for information. I called and emailed to no avail. I ended up disputing the charges via Paypal and advised them of the situation. I was able to get a refund for 3/4 of the costs. Buyer beware! Colleges should not sell their mailing lists to this company!

      NEVER order from this. Ordered a care package for my son. The care package consist of four items i would normally pack for his elementary lunch or high school snack. They scammed me and have not received my refund. If any college personal is seeing these reviews please delete from your mailing list. They are representing your institute. They scammed all of us sadly.

      I ordered a frame back in April to 2022 which was a graduation gift for my daughter. 8 months still no frame they are horrible do not order from them you cannot get in contact with them they do not respond to emails. They are still advertising frames but I cannot get mine I work hard for my money not to just give it to them it is so sad that they are still taking orders a disgrace **************

      Horrible company I wish I wouldve read the reviews before purchasing. My mother purchased a $200 diploma frame as a graduation gift to me BACK IN MAY. I finally spoke up about it to customer ********************** back in October, in which I asked for a refund being that it has now been 7 months since ordering. I received an email back with a copy and pasted apology that they most likely send to everyone and no reimbursement. Save your hard earned money and consider purchasing from a more credible site because clearly this isnt one.

      I cannot give zero stars but I would. This company is a disgrace. They lost my package for my son at college. They cannot track it. I am still witing for a refund after 2 months. They do not return emails. When you call you get a message "our team is off duty". This company is a scam
