      Placed an order for care packages for my son to include a package for his birthday the week classes started. No package. My credit card was charged and no followup from emails and calls I made. I was told to call because I would need to place an order on the phone? I already placed the order online and have the paypal statement but they never sent me a receipt for the order I placed, even though I asked for that information. No response yet they will email marketing items every day and several times a day!

      Never, never, never again!!! Colleges should not allow this company to market to their students!!I ordered their dorm bundle on July 8, ***** and my credit card was charged right away.I realize on August 4, as I started to pack my son for college, that I still had not received his bedding bundle that included comforter, sheets, towels, fan, blanket, etc. I looked at my order confirmation to track the package, When I tried to track the package it just showed that the order was processing with no ship to date. I contacted their customer ********************** who could not tell me a thing. They could not tell me when the order was suppose to ship, why it was delayed and if I was even going to be able to get it by August 10 when my son moved in to his dorm. The individual just kept saying that he was going to contact his warehouse and request priority on this order. The customer ********************** rep said to check my email because later that day I would get an update on the delivery status. At the end of the business day on August 4, I reached back out to the rep to see what he found out because I had not received an email. He could not give me any update. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he claimed that there was no supervisor on duty. I asked for a call back from a supervisor, even if they had to call me on the weekend. No supervisor ever called.On August 8, spoke to the same ******** asked if a supervisor had called me and I said no. I request to have my order cancelled. I am so disappointed in the lack of communication and service with OCM! It put me in a HUGE unnecessary dilemma. I ran around the next 2 days trying to find all the items for my sons dorm. To say that I would not use your company again or recommend it to anyone, is putting it mildly. They should not be allowed to do business in this country.After all of that, they send me a survey to complete. Even after providing them feedback, no call or communication. Unbelievable!!

      I placed an order 7 weeks ago, it still shows processing. I have called and emailed 5 times and each time they tell me they are escalating my request and that they will get back to me. They never do. They charged my credit card upon order and we still don't have our order. I'd give a 0 if I could. Clearly this company is a fraud/scam.

      Absolutely horrible to deal with!! I called to cancel a 6x9 rug 7 days ago that was on back order. Since my daughter already left for college, I didnt need it. I called them last week to cancel, but was told that it was too late to cancel. It then takes them a full week to get me a email saying it was shipped!! I recd it today, went to ***** to return it with the label they provided. ***** tells me its not a ***** label and I will have to pay out of pocket. It cost me $17.32 to return this item. This business is running a scam!! Beware!!

      This company has been absolutely awful to work with! I tried placing an order online with their installment plan that they have but every time i tried to place the order, it would attempt to charge my card the full amount. When I chatted into someone, i was told that they don't offer installment plans and that I will have to call into their sales team.I called the number provided where their system tells me that if I'm on hold for longer than 20 minutes, I will be disconnected, which I thought was strange. I get connected to a nice woman who when I gave her the 30% off code that I got off line, she tells me that she has a 40% code and applies that to my order. Great! Except when she goes to run the card on the installment plan, she has the same problem I did and it is running the full amount instead. So she puts me on hold to find out what the issue is. While on hold, their system disconnects us. So I call back, this woman tells me that there is no 40% discount and that even though I have tried running an order several times now, she has no way of looking it up, there is no case file for when I called previously, which is funny because the first lady that I talked to informed me that all calls were recorded, but this lady didn't say anything to me about recordings at all. At this point, she is the 3rd person I have tried talking to, in order to place this order and I'm frustrated. After sitting in silence for several minutes, she finally tells me that she is going to get a supervisor to help me and puts me on hold AGAIN. Only to now be disconnected once more by their system. Making a purchase should not be this difficult and after working in a call center myself for several years, how is it that they keep zero case files on the people that they talk to or the reps that they were dealing with. Unacceptable customer ********************** and ordering process. Fix your site and your customer support, your chat people don't even know what you offer!
