      Geoscape Solar installed my solar energy system, which went live in September 2022. Since that time, the system has experienced repeated and extended outages, resulting in significant financial loss and ongoing frustration. Despite paying both my solar loan and full utility bills, I’ve received little to no benefit from the system due to excessive downtime — especially during peak solar generation periods. Additionally, I have lost solar energy credits that are time-sensitive and now at risk of expiring unused.

      The documented history of outages includes:

      8/30/23 – 9/5/23: 6 days offline

      9/12/23 – 9/18/23: 7 days offline

      10/9/23 – 10/25/23: 17 days offline

      8/18/24 – 8/26/24: 9 days offline

      2/26/25 – Present: 79 days offline (as of May 21, 2025)

      These failures have caused me to incur full electricity costs alongside loan payments for a non-functioning system. My attempts to resolve this, including a formal request sent on May 15, 2025, have gone unanswered. I have received no updates, repairs, or compensation, and no communication from the company.

      The lack of response and continued inoperability of the system have raised serious concerns about its long-term reliability and the company’s accountability.
