    You would have to be desperate to ever consider this company. They are absolutely the worst cleaning service I have ever encountered from top to bottom. The list of what they don't do is longer than what they do and because you never get the same crew twice the work is never what you requested. You will not receive a specific time for service and you will never receive a call to tell you when they are coming. The crews are nice enough, but will miss what you would consider standard services and, as previously mentioned, you don't get an opportunity to train to your specific needs because you never get the same crew. We have actually had to reclean after they've cleaned and we always cleaned and arranged before they came because we knew there was much they wouldn't do. Regardless, we tipped every crew $10 per person every visit because we are hard working people too.Moreover, the administration is a nightmare. "*****" the dispatcher or manager or whatever title you chose because you never receive a definitive description, is as unsupportive as you could possibly imagine and if you call her to discuss services she has a meltdown and berates you to the crews and describes you as "not a fit" for them. She arbitrarily decided that we weren't receiving service any longer without discussion and without calling us. We didn't know until the day of, a holiday which would have ordinarily allowed us to sleep in, that they weren't coming leaving us without service for weeks.We are easy going and nice people and continued to try to come to an understanding up until the final insult.Now the owner is threatening to slander us among businesses and peoples in our community and to have people visit our house.

    these people got upset that we have decided to cut ties. we told them this two weeks ago on sept 26th. that was after our seventh cleaning. they complained each time. this last time she pulled hair out of her bathtub drain and told me that they left hair all over the tub. I have the pictures that she sent. during our conservation on sept 26, where she admitted that she pulled the hair out of her drain, and it was indeed not all over your tub as stated. I sent our list of services twice to her, as she constantly continued to dig up something that wasn't completed.  She was looking for free and reduced cleanings each time. This is when I decided that I would not continue to service her house, any longer. I told her this two weeks ago, when she called today, asking what time we would be there, she was shocked. Her reference to July 4th, we emailed her the night before, as usual to tell her the time we would be there the next day, but when we showed up to clean, they were surprised that we were working. Not a big deal for us, but this sparked 8 phone calls in the next 15 min, on every land line and cell phone, asking us our hours on July 4th.. We didn't charge a service fee, we simply said we would come back next week.  But her need to prove us doing something wrong was more her moto. also, her claim that we left her for weeks without cleaning, we were back to her house on July 14th, 28th Aug. 11, redid that one for free on Aug. 15, we cleaned again on Aug. 22, sept 5th, 12, and 26.  she didn't get the same crew each time, as crews refused to return for the mental abuse.  and especially her need to find a mistake, that she would actually dig in her drains for hair. 

    our list that we don't do more than we don't do...... she expected us to vac couches for free and clean her drains, neither is included. but we definitely do more than the two things we don't.  this list should be kept to cleaning houses.  this is the list that we sent her, so it's just another lie saying we don't do more than we do. House Cleaning Services ******* Cleaning Your ********************** Since **** (caseyscleaning.com)

    Now two weeks later, when we don't show up, after saying, we will not be back, it's a big surprise to her, so she immediately, said she was cancelling her check from two weeks back, she demanded a return of all tips from each cleaning. i told her i would pass that on and they would return them, themselves. hence, sending people to her house, and then she decided to launch an online war of spreading lies...I'm sorry, but after all this, my decision is still not to return.

    The business owner's response is filled with lies.  I have a sick child at home at present and would appreciate time to go through all of the correspondence sent to me by the business owner, and subsequently forward her numerous text messages and emails to you for your review so a determination can be made based on the facts, not emotion.  It is important to me that you to have the correct information, again the facts, not the emotionally filled response she has provided to you. 

    Is there a way in which I can forward her messages to you directly or do I need to type them out verbatim?  If that is what is required to complete the investigation, that is what I am willing to do.  I have paid the business for each and every cleaning, I have the cancelled checks if you require proof.  After one poor job, she agreed to reduce the cleaning fee by $25.00 to compensate me for a job that was not completed two weeks prior.  I have never had to deal with any business owner this determined to "win".  It's not about winning to me, it's about what is right and wrong.  The owner is simply not being truthful.   

     

    I ask again that you please provide me with time needed to appropriately, and most importantly, response to you in a fact-based manner.

    yes, looking forward to her response. In 36 years, I have dropped maybe 7 customers. She is taking it very personal that we dropped her. but , we tried many many times, and once she went as far as to pull hair out of her drain, just to have something to complain about, made me aware, that we would never be able to make her happy so, cut ties,  she just wont accept it and i only wish her the best.
