      If I can give Zero star I would. I purchased their upright freezer from ****** on 8/20/2022, on 4/19/2024 it stop freezing just blowing cool air spoiled all the food inside the freezer. Tried to call the customer service number listed on the sticker inside the freezer with the model and serial number and the number is not valid. I call ****** to see if they have a different number and the customer service representative said good luck on getting hold of them. We tried and those two numbers are also invalid. We ****** their website to see if we can find another number it something. Well guess what?!? Their website dont work at all. It is so frustrating seems like they are out of business or something because anywhere we try we just couldnt reach them.

      Winia wrfs26dbce refrigerator purchased July 2022 for $1,700. Fridge temp won't lower past 58 degrees. No service, no parts avail.

      We purchased a Winia refrigerator in May 2021. The compressor and main board stopped working in August 2023. It was a one year warranty and unfortunately we did not choose the extended warranty. We had a technician come out and tell us that parts arent even available if we wanted to replace them. Even if they were, it would cost more to service the unit than to buy a brand new one. Buyer beware of the Winia brand!

      I purchased a refrigerator in 2020 and it just stopped cooling, I had a service man come out and he said it wasn't worth putting money in it. The compressor,the fan,the dryer all went out. This is the worst product ever made. Even the gas they use says flammable. They need to have a recall on the winia products... what a way to rip people off.

      Cheap products, absolutely NO service! I bought a freezer. The seal does not seal properly. They repeatedly claimed a service technician would contact me shortly. Never happened. They still claim their technician will call. What a crock!
