Due to a death in the family, we were sent an Edible Arrangement ( I use the term edible lightly) as the arrangement arrived with fruit that was clearly moldy (strawberries were furry and melons were brown and mushy). This arrangement was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 but did not arrive until Saturday, September 23, 2023, late afternoon. We did not open the arrangement until the next day, at which time we discovered it was rotten. I called Edible Arrangements to explain what happened, as this was ordered for us by our son's friends who are all young people and cannot afford to be wasting money. I wanted either a new arrangement or a refund for the purchasers. Instead I was told that THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE FRESHNESS OF THEIR FRUIT (what?????) and that we should have consumed THE ENTIRE THING the day it was delivered. There are two of us in the household and the arrangement was meant for the six people that would have been here had it arrived on time. The unhelpful moron I spoke to on the phone blamed the purchaser and said there was nothing they could do because we waited a day to eat the fruit. This company's customer service is unacceptable and the fact that they were unwilling to do anything about the issue is appalling. I am sure the purchasers paid a great deal of money for a horrible product and they deserve a refund. We had to throw the entire thing away.

I don't know what you want me to send. I have nothing to upload. The edible arrangement was discarded as it was inedible. The store it came from is in ************.
