    Horrible customer service...they'll take your money and never get product on time...went with my daughter and ordered a prom dress that was a different color from the one they had in the store. They requested payment in full $499 and were told 4-5 weeks. At 5 weeks my daughter called,she was told that "manufacturer" canceled order they no longer make dress.When i questioned owner on why we weren't told earlier he said that apparently they were just about to call us!! yeah right... i told him that i was disappointed and upset because now 3 weeks to prom and have no dress. His answer to me was "be upset as you want to be" and hung up on me I went to store to make sure I get a refund receipt because honestly I don't trust him, and he started again with me. I tried to avoid him but he continued to ******* me!! I kept my cool and ignored him as much as i could.....No remorse no sorry or taking responsibility...., read all his comments on reviews, he never takes responsibility for anything that goes wrong. I wish I read the reviews before going to this nightmare of a store...save your money and time and go somewhere else
