    I ordered their product and saw where they double charged me.. I called the to fix the problem and after arguing with them on the charge, I ended up canceling the order and got a refund.. three months later they sent me the order and charged my credit card/ 239.99 so I called them and they give me the run around and finally said they would refund my money,, it would take 3 to 4 days.. never got it so I called again they said give it alittle more time… I have called them 3 or 4 times same thing… and I have still not received a refund … I never paid for this product they took the money from me.. by saying that I subscribe for automatic refill , witch is a lie because I cancelled the first order .. and I am not the only person that they have done this to because I posted this complaint on their facebook account and had a woman respond to it with the same complaint .. so they are doing this to other consumers

    But we don't have that profile. Also, the amount he complains on $239.99 is not an amount we charge customers on any of our products. 

     

    Maybe he mixed our band with someone else? Can he please send documentation on the transaction, screen dump from his bank account. That way we can see who is behind the transaction.
