    I purchased 3 bags of Skittles POP'd for over $22. All three bags contained mostly regular candy. I reached out and spoke with Jucelle A who refused to help or answer any of my questions. I told her I wasn't submitting feedback and if I should return the product to the store or not. I asked to speak with a supervisor but she told me one wasn't available via chat.

    Hello, 

    Thank you for sharing this complaint from our consumer. I have looked up this case, and the CHAT interaction.

    We are sorry that the consumer was unhappy with his purchase. We offered the consumer a coupon towards his next purchase, but usually complaints for larger quantities should be returned to the stores unless he can provide us with a receipt. We are coaching the ambassador, since this was not made clear with the consumer. Unfortunately, the consumer became very agitated, cursing, insulting and threatening and we lost the opportunity to make things right with the consumer. Because of the threatening nature of the last comment below, regarding his address, we thought it would be best to not send him anything. I do appreciate your response and happy to talk about this if needed, or if you need to see the complete transcript. ************************************************

    That no resolution was ever provided. That was even explained by the merchant. So why was it closed?

    The Mars corporation allowed my father to leave me destitute and misrepresent me because of the divorce he had with my mother and he married a coworker from their company disgusting.
