The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven.

 


On October 17, 2017, Paramjit Singh and Parminderjeet Sandhu were arrested and charged with criminal offenses as a result of a joint investigation. Paramjit Singh is being charged with one count of practicing medicine without a valid license, a third-degree offense. Singh has continued to practice as part of the Medical Care Associates, Family Practice/Urgent Care group at three of its locations in Roxbury, Washington and Hackettstown for an indeterminate length of time. In addition, Parminderjeet Sandhu, founder of Medical Care Associates, is being charged with one count of aiding or abetting another person in practicing medicine without a valid license.


Any patient who has been seen by or received medical treatment by Paramjit Singh is encouraged to call the Warren County Prosecutor's Office Tip Line at 908-475-6643 or toll free at 866-942-6467.  


The accused are considered innocent until and unless proven guilty.
