    On 9/10/23 I filled my tank up drove 5 blocks and vehicle stalled, called for a tow truck, towed to my mechanic in ********** **** first thing he did was test the gas, found it was contaminated, removed the tank and found it had more water than gas. I quickly contacted the station by physically going there looking for the owner, the owner was not there, only a phone number to contact.. Called the number a man named ****** identified himself as the owner, i asked for the last name as I gave my full name and he refused, I explained the situation and what happened to the vehicle and asked for his insurance information so I could contact them, he refused.. He offered to fix my car and I refused, and explained to him, I don't just take my car to anyone and the mechanic that has my vehicle I have a history with, he records and documents all work and has a fair price so there is thought of fraud. ****** offered to give $300 dollars, I contacted the mechanic and he stated it would cost that much to have the contaminated gas claimed and pick up by the state, not including actually fixing the car. I contacted "******" the owner again through text message and explained, asked him to contact the mechanic and he said he would, he never did. On 9/18/23 i contacted GULF CORP customer service and they stated all documents will have to be submitted to them, it has to be investigated and they would have to go through the owners insurance after the investigation, until that time I have to foot the bill and HOPE someday I get my money back just for getting $40 worth of gas, this is borderline criminal, very unhappy how some people are held responsible for their action and others are not..
