  I was treated great. I had been waiting for a out of stock warranty item for some time. I tried to get my problem resolved through the internet customer support but never was able to get my replacement. I called customer support and in no time I got help. Because I had waited so long the customer care specialist replaced my old hose for a upgrade. Im very pleased with Snow Joe products and own several and have referred many of my friends to purchase.

  OKAY ARE READY FOR THIS?? .... I am hoping that the leaf vacuum I am waiting for is and stronger than the ones I have been sent. Both have been shipped. Now I have to wait for back order while the leaves do not like strong winds or forest fires ?!!!.... Staff has been good. More later.......
