    I recently had a problem with my Sunjoe lawn dethatcher. And called regarding the issue. I spoke with ************************* and he patiently walked me through various things that I might do to fix the problem. Unfortunately we couldnt fix the problem but he informed me that it was under warranty and he sent me the info to have the dethatcher replaced.I could not be more impressed with his patience and professionalism. This company has not only stood by their product but has provided me with competent knowledgeable problem solvers to represent them.Thank you very much.

    Purchased a Dethatcher and was very satisfied with its performance. How ever I noticed the ejector flap was not attached properly. I contacted **************** and after a brief conversation they authorized a complete replacement. No long drawn out explanation, no pictures; just their apology for the inconvenience. I received my new Dethatcher four days later. Thank you Sunjoe for making this process so easy.

    Sunjoe has fantastic customer service. I had issues with my power washer; I called.. waited 4 minutes, and the service individual guided me towards resetting the power, cleaning the heads, and getting the machine going. Amazing. His name was ****, and the service was excellent.

    I have had a problem with 2 garden hoses leaking, however they have a ***********-year warranty program and have replaced it each time. The second time, my original hose was out of stock and they replaced it with a better, more expensive hose at no charge.
