Bought an AquaJoe hose and I love it it works great, even tho I had to replace it. I did it with no hassle, with help from customer service from ***************************. I provided the information he needed and done. In like five minutes he set everything up for my replacement and with the warranty, I dont have to worry about having to spend more money. I bought a Sun Joe mower that was cutting off after a few minutes of mowing, I used the chat option and spoke with an agent that was extremely patient and professional. I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my SunJoe. ***************** was extremely helpful. He pulled up my information and the pressure washer is still under warranty. ****** emailed the return label almost immediately for me to ship it back and i will receive my replacement in just a few days. True backup of their warranty. I spoke with ************************* and told her of the issue with the part. No questions asked, shed immediately sent me a link to make sure the correct replacement part is identified. Once I verified that, she had the part shipped immediately and I received it shortly thereafter.
