    A 50 foot hose that I purchased developed a leak. The company simply asked me to send a photo of the leak and they agreed to send out a replacement within the week. My customer service representative was ******************* and it could not have been easier. I would definitely purchase again from a company that honors their warranties.

    I am looking for an electric pressure washer. My friend recommended to purchase a Snow Joe pressure washer. I have called Snow Joe company on their toll free number. My phone call was picked up by *********************************** (contractor) who was very patient with answering my questions regarding the specs on the various models being offered. I made it clear to **** that right now I am just comparing various manufacturers and I am not ready to purchase a washer.Nevertheless, our conversation was very ************************** seemed to have been not only patient but knowledgeable as well.I am not sure when and whose pressure washer I will ultimately buy, however, based on my experience with ****, Snow Joe is at the top of my list.

    Sunjoe support was unbelievably good. I couldn't remove the wand from the trigger handle on my pressure washer. After working with me for a while trying different things and still unable to remove the wand, ********* (contractor) verified my warranty and sent me a prepaid return label. Since my pressure washer has been discontinued, they're going to upgrade my machine at no cost to me. That is A1 support in my book.

    I want to give an excellent review for a special representative that assisted me with the returning of my product ************************************* was extremely helpful with walking me through trying to resolve the issues with my product and also replacement for my product she answered all my questions making sure I had the correct information and understanding of the process for the return.     I bought a pressure washer and it was shipped to me. I used it and it was leaking water and just stopped after using it a bit. I contacted them and they were very nice and it was a real person! They shipped me a new one quickly and paid for me to send back the old one. The new one is much better, the first was def broken! Very happy with the service and the washer!*********************************** was my contact and responded quickly and was very helpful. I have never had an easier experience! Such a relief.

    Amazing customer service. Process was easy and efficient and my representative ********* (contractor) was fantastic. Definitely recommend this company just for the customer service alone (their products great too). Good customer service is hard to come by these days and this company.
