My garden hose started leaking after storage for the winter. One chat with *************************** at Snow Joe online and once I provided a photo of my leaky hose my warranty claim was processed. *** was supper helpful and polite and Snow Joe stands by their products. I give 4/5 start for the service but they lose a start for the hose leaking after 1 year.Snow Joe LLC

I reached out to Sunjoe that ejector flap broke off on my new detacher and scarifier. The customer representative ********* was very helpful. She requested photos of her broken part. In the end She informed me that there was no replacement part for the broken part. She suggested that my unit will have to be replaced. I was happy that I was getting a new unit. I recently purchased one the aqua ************ hoses and it lasted about a month before it busted about 2 inches from the faucet connection. This was my first experience with them, but customer service was one of the best I have ever dealt with and they come with a 2 year warranty and they replaced it at no cost without any issues.
