A fitting at the end of the wand on our pressure washer broke. Both the pressure washer model we purchased and the part that needed replacing were of stock. **************** rep ****** was totally awesome and Sun Joe is going to replace our entire unit with a brand new comparable model so we don't have to wait until a replacement part is *********. ****** has our highest recommendation!Snow Joe LLC

I LOVE the Sun Joe products and I have several of them. But more important I LOVE the customer service and **** was extraordinary in helping me with my latest question about the battery life for my hand held vacuums. I love that you can CALL the service department and talk to a human which gives immediate solutions. Please keep that call feature as your company plan.
