    I contacted Snow Joe customer service to cliam a warrenty on hand held ******. Their responses were very promt and kind. They did not hesitate to send me a replacement. In my opinion, Snow Joe has the best warrenty for consumer electrinic products.

    The hood on my snow blower cracked in the first few uses. Snow Joe offered to replace the entire unit or just the hood. The hood was out of stock for over 8 months. When I contacted Support again they offered to replace with the newer model but have to return the defective unit, which is a pain. Aside from the inconvenience of returning the a snow blower, support was easy and quick, ***************************** was very helpful.

    I called for tech support when I couldnt get my pressure washer started. ******** was extremely patient and polite and walked me through numerous steps trying to solve the problem. Ultimately she offered to send a new machine. Before I gave up completely and packaged my pressure washer for return, I decided to give it one more try and it started!! I used it for hours and it worked fine I love this company!

    Products shipped in two boxes and shipping took an extended amount of time for one of the items. I called customer service they were very helpful in tracking down the shipped item and sent me an email confirmation of our call. The item is now in hand and the overall transaction was very good.     I pur hated an elle tric snow showed at home depot.Before setting it up decided to register the item for waranty as recommended.     To Whom It May ********* called and spoke with ********* of Sun Joe on 10/23/23 regarding an issue with a Sun Joe product purchased several months ago but which was still under warranty. After trying several things to hopefully remedy the issue to no avail, ********* offered to send us a new product to replace the defective one. He was very patient, courteous knowledgeable, and explained the return & replace process. Thank you, Sun Joe and *********, for taking care of this matter for us and agreeing to replace our defective product.
