Snow joe may be the best company I have dealt with Ever!! The staff *************** was amazing, **************************** everyine was extremely helpful. All my email questions were addressed within minutes, just unheard of!! I am so glad I bought theyre product and would suggest anyone to.!!! Absolutely top notch customer customer service!! I had been having issues with a set of batteries and sent a detailed email to customer support on the afternoon of October 16. I received a response from ****** within 30 minutes! After a couple more emails back and forth, he shipped me my new batteries and I received them on October 19, less than 72 hours from my initial email!! I am VERY impressed by this level of customer service. I currently own 3 **********************/********************** products (in addition to the batteries) and would definitely consider purchasing their products again once these have reached the end of their life.However, having said all that, I must say that I am more than a little annoyed that, at the time of this writing (October 20) , I have received no fewer than SEVEN emails (with a link) requesting I submit a review on this website. I think that is a quite unprofessional ! For that reason I am downgrading my review from what would otherwise have been five stars.Snow Joe LLC

Scam Maybe? Not reputable. We spent countless hrs on phone. Bought warranty for our 50 ft fabric aquajoe hose **** We gave them model and serial #. Our warranty was sent in 4-23-23 and because Amazon can't find this receipt invoice...they refuse to give us another and or refund. We take care of our things. Hose got pinholes in it. ***************** answered my call promptly and resolved the problem. My ********/scarfer had failed. On my first call, I was well-treated. I was to email my invoice for the purchase and then would receive a replacement. But I did not hear anything. I called again, and ******* waited while I re-emailed my invoice.
