3/9/2025...pending charges for $49.99 on my credit card to a business that never heard of and never used. I already closed and got a new credit card with ******* *** now I have an issue with a different credit card for this fraud. ******** says I have to wait until the charge post to my account which is crazy to me so I will do that but somebody needs to get in touch with that business and the phone number ###-###-#### does not work! I ordered 2 orders from them one on 10/22 it has been receiving a shipping label since 10/23 and it's 11/14 already and I've been told for the past 2 weeks that it would arrive in a week and has not moved. I also ordered another order on 11/8 and it hasn't shipped either seeing if the first one was lost. I purchased a bundle of two products from this business on December 30th 2022. The total of my order was $29.43 and the products that were promised were vitamin gummies. I have contacted the business multiple times asking about my order and trying to cancel my order and have gotten no response. It has been over 4 weeks now and there has been no confirmation, no processing of my order, no shipping or tracking updates, and no word from the business when I have asked. I have contacted this company over 8 times for a refund for my product,with no response or solution. I ordered this at the end of September and have not received it. I told them multiple times that I don't want the product and they insisted that it still be shipped. I have not received a refund yet or any confirmation that they doin anything about it. And it cant be too late to get one because it " past 30 days " when I have been trying to get a refund since 2 -3 weeks after the purchase . I would appreciate if something can be done about this.
