    **** ******* (operating as Build State Construction at this time) is a completely dishonest, inconsistent, unreliable, inexperienced, and poor business person. Did a mediocre job on my roof replacement for which I was granted a 10 year warranty on labor, and 30 year warranty on parts. Despite constantly asking and following up, Ive never been given access to any of my warranty documents - or informed on how to gain them. Worst of all, him and his incompetent team broke key roofing boards in my attic during the job. After following up for over one year, hes still refused to fix the issue (even though Im under warranty). Now, hes completely ghosted me and stopped responding altogether. Last response I heard was that he was no longer in business - but would still send someone over to fix the issue. This was back in June. Hes started multiple businesses under similar names before - the same scam artist runs them all, RUN!
