Participated in a focus group Sept 13, well beyond the 2-3 weeks, 20 business days or whatever they claim the waiting period to get paid is. They owe me $350.
They do not respond to any communication. I assume they don't offer real money as a loophole to avoid wage theft or any late payment penalties.

I participated in several focus groups with Sago Focus Groups from March to July 2024, earning a total of 20,700 points. On July 5, 2024, I redeemed these points for a $207 Visa physical gift card (Request ID ********* The website indicates that the status is "paid," but I have not received any email confirmation or the gift card itself.
I have contacted the Sago helpdesk twice to resolve this issue, submitting Request ******* on September 30, 2024, and Request ******* on October 9, 2024. Both requests remain unanswered, and I have not been compensated for my participation in the focus groups.
I am seeking prompt resolution and payment for the services I provided.Business Response

Suggesting any and all who have had issues seeing this, report issues to the *******************'s office directly as well. Thank you. As you mentioned processing can take 20 days. It took 3 weeks to recieve the incentive and then took OVER 20 days for it to clear processing. Both redemptions were over 20 days. You still ignored all of my communications. It should not take a complaint to fulfill the promises made

On August 7, 2024 I participated in a Focus Group/SAGO study on Memory Loss in Loved Ones and I was supposed to receive an honorarium for $100. I have participated in many studies over several years and only had a problem once but someone responded to my e-mails and phone calls. In this case, I’ve sent multiple messages through their website and receive automated e-mail confirmations and no one responds. I’ve left multiple voicemail messages on their prompt regarding payments but again, no one has responded. To add to this whole debacle, I was checking my wallet daily and. It said the payment was pending but the day after my first e-mail it was suddenly marked paid; I never received my payment. BTW; payment would be a physical card. I am attaching a copy of the confirmation portion of the study.

Once again no payment. I did a yogurt survey with them almost two months ago. I cashed in my reward on 9/13/24. It is now over 20 business days with no sign of the payment. I did a focus group on August 29, 2024, and have not been paid my incentive. I redeemed my points on September 14, 2024 and they stated my virtual visa card would be sent to my email WITHIN 20 DAYS. It has now been over 20 days and I would like to be paid. I don't understand what the problem is with this company. I participated in a 14-day video game survey, ** ********, which began on 8/21/24 and ended on 9/3/24. Upon completion, I was supposed to receive access to a virtual wallet containing virtual coins as compensation for my participation. I redeemed the coins on 9/15/2024, but as of today, I have not received access to the virtual card.
The documents I received clearly stated that I would receive my virtual card within 20-25 days, not business days, and it has now been 25 days. I am disappointed with the delay and would appreciate immediate resolution of this issue.

Completed my end of business with this company on 9/4 for monetary incentive compensation. I have been waiting for their fulfilmment since my notice of compensation received on 9/16. Promised 20 days processing for fulfilment, and now it's been over a month, with constantly moving goal posts. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I recently got paid $70 for a study I participated in and I redeemed my reward for an Amazon gift card of $70. I was told I would recieve it in 24 to 48 hours and I am yet to receive anything. Sent them an email and I have not gotten any response. 90 % of online reviews also complain of not getting paid or having delayed payments. This is very ridiculous.Business Response
