      I completed a research study on 8/9 in person at SAGO located in ******, **. Both my daughter and I completed this study on 8/9. We chose to get a physical card mailed to us. We did the verification process on 9/16, and neither 0ne of us received it. I have left numerous vociemails and sent four emails to customer service and have not received any call or email back. I was suppose to ****** $266 for a 4 hour study and my daughter was suppose to receive $300.I would like someone to call us back from SAGO to ensure that we both get our payment.Thank you!

      I completed a focus group discussion through Sago on February 24th on travel research and focus group for **** on March 20th. I redeemed my Virtual gift card on March 6th ($125) and March 20th ($275) and have never received payment. I have sent multiple emails to the help email ticket (******) & (******) and have never received an answer!

      I reedeemed my points for doing surveys on 02/16/24 for 300 dollars each ( 2 Cards) , but never received the physical card and it says paid on my wallet, I have sent multiple messages asking for a tracking number , but have never gotten a response. I have been doing these surveys for more than a decade , but since jan they seem to be cheating the respondents of the promised honorarium

      I participated in a focus group on September 4th and SAGO agreed to pay me $175 for my time. Rather than pay me, they forced me into some kind of gift card scheme and are refusing to pay. They skirt responsibility by claiming it is "processing". It has been over 20 days, so where is my money? If you cannot process a payment in a week in this day and age, then you are running a scam plain and simple...

      As indicated by the countless complaints here on BBB, this company is recklessly negligent. I participated in a research study which ended on 8/15/24, and I redeemed my points for a physical gift card worth $150 on 8/25/24. I was told it would take 20 days to process the reward, but here we are a month later and no one has given me and explanation or an update as to when I'd receive my money. I've emailed them multiple times at "*******************" and literally none of my emails have been answered. When I emailed someone else (the recruiter who contacted me about the survey) they just gave a generic and ambiguous response. It's so frustrating to deal with. I shouldn't have to chase them down to receive payment, but I will if I need to.

      Here we go AGAIN!!!! Requested $40.00 Visa Physical Gift Card on 8/29/24...it is 9/24/24...still "preocessing". Filing yet another complaint to hopefully get paid. I want this Gift Card to be mailed to me ASAP as I have to file a BBB complaint EVERY time I try to get paid from this company. Unacceptable customer service!

      I worked a Current Events focus group (my first time) by attending a 2 hour zoom meeting with other attendees and had a $125 incentive sent to my focus group wallet, in which I transferred it into one of their options available and went with the amazon giftcard. They said the amazon giftcard would be sent to my email within 1-3 weeks and it’s been over 1 month and a half and I have already contacted them through their support line, and no response. Would love to receive that incentive finally.

      I redeemed two separate gift cards from rewards, one physical card from 24000 points I had ($240.00) and an online card from 8800 points ($88.00). It’s now past the 20 business days they say to wait for them to be sent and after emailing them, I was told by Shubham V “Your redemptions are currently pending approval. I have reached out to the concerned team in order to get your redemption processed at the earliest possible. Once it has been processed, I shall get back to you.”
      The points were added to my account from SAGO. There should be NO reason to wait even longer for “approval” from anyone when I did all I needed to do to earn those points, including an in-person study which I arrived to 15 minutes early when they started the study 45 minutes late!
      I’d like the gift cards approved and sent to me as I fulfilled my obligations in earning those points, it’s past the 20 days they ask to wait for it to be processed and now it’s on them to fulfill their part in sending the gift cards I requested.

      I do wish, however, it wouldn’t take me having to contact the business or BBB in order to receive the gift cards redeemed from the points earned.       I successfully completed a focus group discussion through Sago on August 13. This focus group was titled Medical Treatments. I redeemed my Virtual **** gift card on August 18. Sago rules stated I shall receive my virtual **** gift card within 20 business days. It has now been over 22 business days, and I still have not received virtual visa gift card. Can someone please help me receive my incentive? Thank you.

      I participated in a study with Sago on August 12th and I never received the funds for my participation. I call 3 times, left 2 voicemails and spoke to one representative and the issue was never resolved.
