I completed a virtual focus group on July 1st and have yet to receive my incentive. I also reached out to the help desk via email on July 23rd, July 31st, Aug 11 and Sept 2nd, and still not gotten a response about this.Business Response

This is not resolved. Now they are trying to say I didnt complete the study. I did in fact participate in the entire study and need to be compensated for my time. The amount of wait it takes to hear back from the help desk is ridiculous. It wasnt until AFTER I contacted the BBB that I heard back about my issue, after emailing 4 times. I shouldnt have to contact the BBB to get a response from the company. The processing time for rewards is also very long. This company has been such a negative experience for me lately and feels like a scam.

I completed a survey at the beginning of July and waited the 3-4 weeks for this company to place the $100 in my focus group wallet. On 8/16/24 I requested a $100 Amazon gift card with the wallet points. And I have not received my gift card as of yet. It is still saying processing. I have left numerous voicemails on the different phone numbers they have and I have sent numerous emails and still have not received my gift card. The last 3 times I have requested a payout from ***** *****, I've had to file a BBB complaint to get it. Now, I tried to log into my account today, 8/26/24, to redeem the remaining $40.00 in my account (So I can wait 6 weeks to get it)...and now "technical issues" and I cannot get into my account.
Due to the EXTREME lack of response and customer service I am filing a complaint first this time. I want to be able to get into my account ASAP to redeem this $40.00 and I want it paid INSTANTLY as I will be making a digital request. There is NO excuse for the lack of timeliness and response from this company.

When I checked Sago wallet, it said it was already paid but I never received an email for the visa gift card. I'm not sure if the gift card was was sent to an incorrect email. I completed the work assigned to me by Sago. I used my rewards to redeem multiple gift cards for payments. I agreed to payments being dispersed 20 business days after redemption. It has been over 20 days and I have not received my payments. I have sent an email and received no response.

I participated in a study and have been receiving my rewards in increments. I requested to cash out my reward of a $50 virtual visa on 07/17/2024. Their website says to allow 4 weeks for delivery and As of today, August 21, 2024, I still have not received it. I reached out to the business on August 19 via their helpdesk and no one has responded to me.
