I've requested my $200 and $50 Walmart E-Gift Cards from them on November 14th and I still don't have today November 27th.
I am hoping to get it rather soon than later as it's been over 10 business days.

I completed a study on the 11/8/23 and my incentives were added to my wallet for $275. I started the process to claim my points that same night in the amount of $275 to be paid via a virtual card. I was told it'll take ******************************* my email.I have received anything till this day (11/25/23).I'm worried i might not receive this payment due to the amount of reviews i have of others experiencing the same thing. I participated in an in person focus group on November 16 in Saint Louis Missouri. I have applied for gift card incentives. They are still processing. We were only told at the end of the study that actual gift card incentives might take awhile to process. That is unacceptable when you participate in a 9 hour study. Looking at the other posts here, I see this has been a big problem. Definitely makes me think twice about participating in another study,Business Response

Did a focus group in late August regarding electrification in ********** by SCE. Upon completion I was supposed to receive $120 incentive. On September 2, I went to focus group website a requested Amazon gift card. They said it would take about 2 weeks. Two weeks passed and no gift card. Went back to site and it says paid. Sent an email and received reply that they had a lot of inquiries but they would get back to as soon as possible. A month passes, no response in spite of getting four or more emails a day about surveys. Send another email and got the same response of lot of inquiries... Sent another email, same response. It has now been almost 3 months and no reply from this company about my missing incentives. Very poor business practice.Business Response

I have been doing surveys with Focus Group for well over a year and have never had problems with redemptions. On 11/12/23, I requested a payout of $20 Amazon Gift Card. The email address is use for Focus Group is: *****************. As of 11/23/23, I still have not received my payout, I have emailed twice, called every phone number I could find (Not able to talk to anyone at any of them)...still no Amazon Gift Code. It has never taen this long to get a payout. Side note: a recruiter called me yesterday 11/22/23 to register me for a survey...very helpful about that part. When I asked her about the payout she started reading from a script and gave me a number to call that is not in service. I would just like my payout.Business Response

On Nov 20th 2023 I participated in a study and was told I would be paid $275. Several hours after the study concluded I received an email saying I could redeem my payment and followed the instructions. I did in person survey on 11/8/2023 I received email for points same day. I requested virtual **** the request ID is ******* for ******. Study closed the next day on 11/9/2023 They said ***** hours and it has been processing since the 8th for 9 days. I was informed by a worker at Sago while I was there, that they send out too many incentives at once and that's what hinders it. I need them to stand by their words for delivery yes things happen but me as a participant should have support. I've called emailed left messages and no one has reached out. Once you all get our information for your survey we're dismissed. This is so unfair and obviously I need the extra income but this is too frustrating for me especially having a chronic illness which Sago benefitted from but I didn't.Business Response

On Wednesday Night, November 15th from 7:30pm to 10:15pm I took part in a Voters Group with some other people. We were told we would get $150 for our participation. Its been 5 days and Ive gotten nothing. I spoke to one of the men from the group and they said it should be there in the wallet but there hasnt been. I reached out to the help email and another email and have gotten zero responses. Its very strange. I also saw that other people were complaining about the same thing and Im wondering Was I scammed? We participated, why not give us our money? This is not the first time this has happened. Id like my money. Thats all.Business Response

It is a forced answer. There should not be a processing time of four or five days. Its been 7 days and none of this was told to us before hand. You need to be clear and concise with your participants before we participate. Thats all I ask. It should not be this complicated.

Please review your confirmation email, it states "Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery of your payment". In addition, once a redemption is made you get a screen notification advising "Your redemption has been received and during high volume periods it can take up to 10 business days before your redemption is processed"
