      Hello, I am *************************; I participated in a 3-hour study on 10/10. I am still waiting to receive an email about my incentive. I have tried to reach out three times to the email provided. Can someone please help me? I would greatly appreciate it.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still havent received my payment incentive. The original date of my case study was 10/13/23. My payment has currently been processing since 11/15/23. It is past the allotted time and is currently 15 days past the processing time .

      I participated in a study for ****** received the email informing me my incentive was available in my online wallet. At that point I logged in and redeemed the reward incentive for $275 to the virtual card. Its been processing for 8 days and nobody will respond to all my emails to tell me anything. Its just really odd I know someone who got theirs very quickly and why does a virtual card take so long it just sounds like a scam.

      I completed a number of surveys as well as two study groups and they owe me a total of $425 for the study groups and $50 Amazon gift card for the multiple hours i spent doing surveys. Im about to drive to **. I feel like they owe interest for neglect to answer repeat emails phone calls i guess next step lawyer request for all if my data returned and if it cant be then compensation. Also if you cant respond to our emails for support but you can send me 5 new surveys a day false advertising and illegal stuff going down on this copany Im giving them 24 hours to respond and then im sending in the big dog you need to shut it down if you cant pay its not legal i live less then 6 hours from your office if i have to resolve un person Im getting much more them 500

      I did a study for this group on 10/25/23 and after a couple of hours I got the points added to my account. (Which is ****** to be exact $275) I started the process that same night and till this day (11/4/23) I still have not received what I was promised. What really makes this worse is that they do not inform you of this directly at the office. You are only informed it might take long afterwards, which is a ****** when this is my first time working with this focus group. I messaged them days ago but I have yet to hear a response. I am really worried I will not get my card at all, especially seeing that others have gone through similar situations. No one should have to wait this long for a payment.

      I participated in a focus group :USQ2314964 Animals and agriculture on 10/5/2023 for $200 and I was expected to be paid within 2-3 weeks, there was no incentive for that study. I also participated on a same-day delivery study USQ2315178, I got an incentive added to my focusgroup wallet on the 24th of October; its been processing ever since. I reached out to customer support several times calling and sending mails but theres been no response from them as per usual.

      Was supposed to be paid with it 24 hrs of completion of survey I did one on Tuesday of last week and one that same Friday I have sent over 5 emails to be compensated and I havent gotten a email or call back they just keep saying due to high volumes
