    Dr. Brandon G.diagnosed my 6-month-old with a prescription of -2.00 in one eye and -3.00 in the other. Concerned by the severity of this diagnosis in such a young child, we saw two pediatric ophthalmologists, who independently confirmed that our child’s vision is entirely normal and that no intervention or corrective lenses are warranted.

    Had we followed the optometrist’s advice, we could have seriously harmed our child's visual development, possibly resulting in amblyopia (lazy eye). We attempted to resolve this directly. I spoke with billing staff for 27 minutes on April 28, was told I would hear from a manager, and followed up on April 30. No one returned my call. No refund has been issued.

    My kids and wife have been going to this place for years for routing eye exam. Little did we know that for years they had been using the wrong billing system- for routing eye care, they had been billing our medical company instead. And when we pointed out the problem to their front desk - they claimed they dont work with their billing system. And when we spoke to the billing system, they feigned ignorance and referred to collection. We explained to collection who verfiied that we had proper insurance and that it was their billing group who was making te mistake. They tried submitting the info to the right insurance and because they had to do it within a specific time frame after the visit, they again started to make it our problem. We told them clearly it was their mistake.And they opted to put collection on the credit report to ensure that customer feels the pain.Such businesses's billing system are menace to the society and should nt be allowed to function as is, especially if they make their mistakes somebody else's.

    Charged extra $55 by establishment. They are very good at telling me beforehand what insurance does and does not cover so I can make choices to fit my finances. They never informed me of this in fact a previous appointment I was told this IS covered.I NEVER would have had this done had I known beforehand. I do not need extra expenses at this time.
