    I want to first state how incredibly hard it is to find the headquarters of this horrible swim school. My main issue is my son who has a legal diagnosed disability injured himself in October. I offered to send in multiple medical records and each and everyone told me no. Until I decided to cancel my membership due to concerns of my son. This scenario is extremely long and I need to speak to someone from headquarters to fully explain the disgusting way my situation was handled. I had a "manager" named ****** tell me I was a liar and I informed her to listen to my call which she did and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not sending in the documentation even if the representative told me not to. I did not know where to send the information. The forms they have for you ro fill our for freezing your account DO NOT give an option to upload medical documents and they keep telling people it does. SCAM. This is done on purpose so no one can get their money back. Also payroll with their form has NO SECTION to upload documents. I am sick of the way I was treated and discriminated against. I contacted payroll in January of 2024 and HAVE NOT HEARD BACK it is the last day of March. UNACCEPTABLE. This needs to be resolved immediately before this is taken to social media and I file an official discrimination case against this company. All my sons medical documents were submitted via email and now this is a HIPAA violation. You people at british need to contact me immediately. I want a refund of the freeze hold period only which was $150.00. I paid you people $300 a month so I know you are able to refund me after this horror story. Also you have false advertising that these teachers have experience with Autism children. NONE of the teachers ***** had had any experience. False advertising!
