    This is a complaint related to the enrollment department. I enrolled my son over two weeks before we could take a ****** and when i received the enrollment information with my first payment i found out we were enrolled at a different pool and different time than original communicated. I planned to enroll my son with our friends and by the time they fixed their mistake they put us in a different class with the pretense my son would get a spot at the class requested by the time we start swimming ******s. I didnt hear from anyone at british swim school and one day before our ****** I found out we were waitlisted for our original requested class and no one told us. i tried to call and cancel but they provided a drop out date of two weeks later and a "financial decision" of 7-10 days later. The decision was they wouldnt return any money becasue I hesitated to enroll my son. They got their information so wrong, I tried calling and emailing and speaking to the enrollment representative with no response. This is a horrible business that prays on parents of little kids. BEWARE
