    Do NOT do business with this company, I would give them NO stars if I could. It is our experience that this company is VERY dishonest!!! Raymond Glass came out to the property to measure for a glass door panel replacement. We provided them with a deposit and they ordered the glass. When they advised us that the glass came in, my husband realized that the entire frame was broken. He called Raymond Glass to let them know and they refused to give us our deposit back. We do have photos of the door taken when it broke because it was due to a tree falling into the house and so we filed an insurance claim. The deposit fee that we paid them was for measuring, ordering and installing the glass. At the time their installer came out to measure he made no mention of the damaged frame or that the fact that the glass could not be installed. The issue now is that they refused to give us our deposit back! When my husband called Raymond Glass the secretary admitted that the installer was very experienced and should have known better. She further advised that the owner was on vacation and she would have him call us to discuss our request for a refund. He never called back so I called Raymond Glass today. They were very rude and condescending! I advised that I would either be given a refund to day or that I would file a lawsuit. So told me that they have a lawyer and would see us in court!! Their practices are VERY dishonest, so Buyer BEWARE!
