    This company services water for the apartment complex I live in. The rates of paying water is too high. They make you pay water as a whole community divided. This is not fair for a person like me who lives in a 1bd. Only one person which is me. I'm a business owner so 8m only home from 8pm till 6am. The first month synergy took over my bill was $55 now this month its $75. I called and spoke to representative which she had manager contact me. The manager allow me to explain everything to tell me she can't do anything. This company is a rip off. I'm basically paying other people water bill with children in their homes.
