    I threatened by this store employee manager lie everything ,tracing me and security guard to pay for the paper cup,! I was shopping in the shoprite store 534 Lawnside new jersey on 1-31-2025 the security guard and the manager the accused me steal the food,but I didnt.I just dont know used the bowl put little sample rice for my daughter, I didnt know that need charge money,when she see me use should be tell me if I used the bowl I need pay for it,but she didnt she just called security guard came to me accusing me stealing,and argued with me,give me bad bad attitude,they made me so scared they hurt me and my baby with my daughter,why they do that to me ?,I shopping in this store at Least 2time a week, I have no to steal that little thing or anything, Why they treating me like that ,because I am Chinese or pregnancy Woman,thats why they can races me and mentally hurt me ? I know they job is preventing someone steal,but they have power and no any reason tracing ,lier ,argue ,try to hurt me and they can treated a customer like that in the store ,i complained on the customer care ,the store manager called ,even not give me any result ,and default they employee to do that lie ,tracing ,threat,races,force customer is right.

    Good afternoon:

    Our stores are individually owned and operated.  The customer reached out via an e-mail that was automatically sent to the store.    The concern was escalated to the store for resolution.  Our auto e-mail response did state that their e-mail was being sent directly to the store and not to a customer care agent.  It also directed the customer to call our ***** line or the store directly if the concern needed immediate attention.  We take these issues seriously and will escalate to the owner's office.  Thank you.
