Please save your aggravation and avoid this place. Let my aggravation save you and move on. The one star reviews are very real and the automated response by the dealership is code words for "We're dishonest and will rip you off, but please keep it down".For starters, they're understaffed and have long wait times even when you have an appointment. Secondly, because they're understaffed they stopped having their mechanics precheck the used vehicles. They only check breaks and tires, the rest of the vehicle is at your own risk. When you walk in they treat you well trying to get you to purchase. After I insisted on taking the car to my own mechanic for a precheck as it was clear they never looked into the vehicle and could care less if there was an engine in there so long as they make a sale, they agreed and **** (Regional Manager) promised that if issues are found with it they would either fix it or deduct it from the sale price. My mechanic found over $3,000 of repairs that were of significant safety concern including ripped front and rear bushings, leaking engine oil, and more. This was besides faulty power doors and mirrors and a ***** remote starter. When I called the dealership back, **** refused to get on the phone and had **** **** bad guy) tell me that they had another buyer that wanted the vehicle and wouldn't repair the car. **** then tried giving me a new final sales price that was 600$ more than the original one they gave me. After calling him out on it he became extremely aggressive and threatened to call the cops on me and report the vehicle as stolen if I didn't immediately bring back the vehicle. They then had their poor salesman call to apologize for the "miscommunication". This place is just like those hilly ***** lying auto sales places with 3 multi-color-car-door vehicles in their lot, they just put on a better faade until you start asking questions. All in all, it was a complete nightmare. If your looking for a smiling salesman and a shiny car,
