    Good Morning:
    I have been, unsuccessfully, trying to contact S&S via telephone since Friday, August 16 and have had no return phone calls as promised by recorded message.

    My issue is that the above referenced order, A Chlorine REsistant Aquamore Color Block Textured Scoop Neck One Piece Swimsuit, 10/604 AQT Textured Chili swimsuit has not lived up to the quality of my 3 other suits purchased from the same sight!

    I have 4 such swimsuits which I rotate on the 3 days/week for my water aerobics class and estimate that I have worn the above noted suit a total of approximately 12 times (1x/week since May 15).

    The problem is that the above referenced swimsuit has stretched out under the arms and in the rear distinctly showing the sag in the suit in both places. This does not look good nor speak well for the usual high quality of these suits (see pic). The other 3 suits are 3-5 years old and still going strong!!!

    I would suggest a replacement as this particular suit (great color by the way) does not stand up to the quality of my other 3 suits ! ! !
    AND, folks are always asking where I buy my swimsuits!

    Order placed for 2 pairs swim shoes. Exchange the size 7 for size 6. Contacted company each time and given return info. Sent both pair of shoes back via *** on 5/21/2024. Didn’t receive any confirmation return processed and refund issued. Received email on 5/242024 if I don’t return the shoes within the 30 day return time limit the refund will not be done. 5/30/2024 sent email response to the notice ( as directed) with a copy of *** receipt..

    I have responded to support email as directed and many phone call where I had to leave a message many time. No response to anything except sometime automated message response. I went on BBB and noticed this company has a D+ rating. Wish I had checked before. On BBB the corporate phone number as 908-788-0882 which puts my back in the same customer support loop. Their policy is returns not received within 30 days I forfeit refund. This was the last straw. I just want my money back for the 2 pairs of shoes. The company now have both pairs of shoes and my money.

    On April 19, 2024, I purchased a swimsuit on ************.com. When it arrived, it was too big so I immediately began a return and asked for store credit so I could purchase a new suit. I spent $65.46 on that purchase and on April 30, 2024 received confirmation that $57.84 would be returned to me when they received notification from usps that the suit was on its way back to them. I went on vacation for 2 weeks and when I returned, still had not gotten my store credit. I contacted them by email and was told that the gift code for my store credit was emailed to me on 5/1/24 and I was advised to check my spam folder. I checked spam, trash, regular inbox and every possible email address, and I did not receive it. I emailed back that information and heard nothing back from them. I emailed again asking to resend. No response. I called and got a voice mail that promised to return my call within 48 hours. No response. I called 2 more times and the voice mail box was full. So I called a salesperson and explained my situation, saying I just wanted to place another order before they were no longer on sale or ran out of my size. She took my info and assured me her boss would call me within 48 hours. Again, no response. They have confirmed that they received my suit by return mail and yet I cannot get my money back from them. So now I have no swimsuit and am out $65.

    Order for a swimsuit placed on 4/1/24. Delivered but did not fit. Multiple attempts to arrange for an exchange unsuccessful. The process to follow does not work. I kept getting messages that the order could not be found. Contacted customer support and directed to again and again repeat steps already proven unsuccessful. When I attempted to resolve the matter by phone I was forced to leave a message with a promise for a return call by the next day. Left messages twice but never received a return call. Nowhere is there an address listed for returns. I feel like Im being ghosted. Order number is SAS45576.A previous problem was an order for which my credit card was charged but item never received. After multiple efforts I received a refund. So whats up with this now!
