    I ordered some water shoes. After more than a week, I still hadnt received any status report. I tried calling and emailing, but I never got a response. Finally, I sent an email to cancel the order.. Four days later, I received an email saying that the shoes had been shipped. They arrived the same day. Now I want to return them and not pay the freight either way. Unfortunately, no one responds to phone calls or emails.

    I wish there was an "O out of 5" for rating Swim and Sweat...I ordered 2 swim suits. There was a Canadian Customs fee, of around $40. The suits didn't fit.?To date (Jun 11), I have not received a refund. I have emailed; no response, phoned, messaged, and their voice mail was full. They said they would return my call. That has not occurred. I want to know when I will be refunded!!!!

    I ordered for the first time and the swimsuit was to big at the top. I returned it knowing I would be charged the $6.95 for return shipping. I don't understand why it cost $14. So I not only didn't get the suit but I lost $14 in the transaction. I will not order from this company again.
