  This people must be joking with other people lifes. They are about to finish the construction of a massive apartment building and stated sending emails to announce an open house for prospective tenants. Lately they sent the email to RSVP the visit - Saturday August 24 between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. We went there and nobody was present. There was a janitor who told us its not the first time. More people was attending the open house and it turns out it was a waste of time for everyone. They should pay us for our lost time. People may miss work to try to look for an apartment. They have a phone number but nobody is available to take the call it says. A complete bust.

  I've been living at ***************** since Oct 2021 and I would like to share here some important information with those who are planning to move there since we tenants can't write our reviews at their website, all bad reviews are taken down, so you will only read good things about it and I don't think it's fair.The building 1A had an incident on January 20th 2022 where a pipe busted and flood that whole unite which is composed by 12 apartments, one of those is where I live. *We had a hard time to contact any emergency response from management even though we have an emergency line, it was going to voicemail. *They were supposed to provide us a place to stay until the renovation was completed, it was in our lease (removed in the new lease), which didn't happened, we had to get assistance by our insurance. The reno took about 6 months and we burned our insurance resources because of that, plus it increased after the flood.*When the reno was done they didn't want to give us extension on our lease referent to the 5 months, instead they sent a new lease with a $200 increase.*Security is not on the premises 24/7 as advertising on the website or lease.*Management is not on the premises daily as advertising on the website or lease.*Dog Park is just a dirt area fenced, even though a one time $500 fee + $50 monthly fee is charged if you have pets.*Maintenance requests takes away to long to be answered and sometimes the problem can't be solved by them, instead of having a technician scheduled right way they say it will be scheduled and close the maintenance request but never sends the tec.*Parking spots are not enough and since there's no security some people who doesn't live there park their cars illegally.*Its a 300+ tenants and only 2 grills, one firepit, small gym and not enough parking.Besides these problems, the apartments are ************, the neighbors are very nice and friendly and the place has potential, just need better management company.
