i would have to contact them to get the date that I called them to schedule an appointment to come in concerning a bottom tooth that i wanted extracted, they felt assured they accepted my insurance, when i arrived they request some documents from me, and i filled out paperwork on my health and prior dental history, waited about 30 minutes, and was called inside, once inside they began to take x rays of my teeth, when an African American woman came to me in a waiting room, and said oh did they tell you about the program, and i stated no, they did not tell me anything, you must go thru a complete workup, i don't recall the name of it, or i would be charged for the visit. i was upset, and was going to leave, they convinced me to stay, and being in pain, i just wanted to get help. After all the work was complete, and i saw the hygienist, they brought me back out and to a side desk, which a female proceeded to tell me, i utilized all of my insurance coverage, and i stated that was impossible, i only had two xrays recently at another dentist. she stated oh well maybe they got it backwards let me call back and check she did and it turned out most of it was still there, she proceeded to tell me about a teeth cleaning, that i needed i was Leary, because i get a free teeth once a year. and she told me about a program, that i could get, theat would allow me to have funds to pay for work i needed done, called care credit, she did not tell me this was a credit card, or the it was thru ********* bank, or most important she was running my credit, i thought it was a program thru the dental service. i was proved for over $300.00 dollars, it was not until i received an email that i knew this was a credit card, i had recently closed an account with this bank due to dissatisfaction. and i had this card closed right away, only to be informed this would result in negative impact on my credit, i know have to go thru the process of getting this removed.
