      very poor company get the run around and promises service will be escalated. Air conditioning went out last Friday now it i Thursday no resolution of denial or approval because I used my own HVAC man because I could not get a hold of anyone. They wanted more and more information. I asked 3 times to initiate a repair man who will verify what went wrong with my blower after 6 days they finally initiated it but can take another 1-2 business days and fourth of July is tomorrow Friday 2025. Nothing is getting resolved just empty promises and same scenario as if they are reading from a paper to say the exact same words from other representatives mouth. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ****

      When they showed up they got right on it and got my A/C running again! Very professional and knowledgeabl. Even gave some great tips on how to maintain my A/C unit. I recommend them to anyone needing help with their A/C unit.

      5 stars for ****** the technician from ********************. 0 stars for Select Home Warranty. Buyer beware. In the contract they do not cover electrical issues with ************* Well, to my knowledge, the **** system is an electrical system. This give them the out to NOT cover an expensive repair. Select HW covered an $80 thermostat replacement for me. However, they have NOT covered a coil replacement ($375), condenser motor ($950), and now a short in condensor wiring ($290).BUYER BEWARE. Its my bad for not reading ALL of the fine print, but when big print says all home systems covered no matter the age, I took them at their word. Shouldve listened to my inner voice, then Id only be out the cost of the repairs.

      Within 24 hours of opening a home service claim, Select Home Warranty had an ********** at our house to diagnose and fix our AC. Were happy with our new home warranty.
