    Contracted this company to install a new ********** ductless ac system in my home . After meeting with ***** there sales rep my wife and I decided to go ahead with them. .Set up a date for walk thru and install .I was informed 2 days prior to in stall that I was being upgraded to a larger condenser due to availability issues at no extra cost with a better rebate .I accepted and looked forward to the completion. Well that's when things went down hill FAST . The original install had to be completely redone do to the location of the condenser that was approved at time of walk thru . A date was set for them to come back and fix the issue . That resulted in a no show no call . I got back in touch with ***** and he assured me that the problem would be fixed . 1 Week later it was all so I thought . 6 weeks later I was yet to receive my rebate . I called ***** AGAIN he told me they where having problem with office help and he would push it thru , 4more week go bye and nothing . I reached out to ********** directly and was informed the the UPGRADED condenser was a outdated model and that no rebates where available or that Precion ever filled my warranty paperwork . Again I reach out to ***** this time and he says that rebates are from JCPL and he would make sure that both rebate and warranty paper work immediately taken care of. 2 days later I receive an email from JCPL stating the the unit does not qualify because its not efficient enough . . So now I'm left with a unit that is out dated not efficient as it should have been a warranty that as of today 9/29 has never been summited and no faith that ANY FUTURE REPAIR THAT ARE COVED BY THER DIAMOND DEALER STATUS will be handled in a professional manner .
