      DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I canceled my move with them according to their own guidelines and have yet to receive my refund which was promised on April 4th. Ive requested it 5 times via email and cannot get any answers or get anyone on the phone either. My deposit was over $1,000 and I just want my money back minus their 10%.

      The communication with this moving company was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. Lovely experience!

      Aweful awful dont return calls, talk a good game but customer service is not in their vocabulary . Beware, stay away, run as fast as you can.

      Never, ever use this company. My move was scheduled for April 21, escrow closing the 24th. NO ONE EVER SHOWED TO MOVE MY THINGS. Twice I was given a time frame, no one contacted me, no one showed. I had to leave the state with my boxes neatly lined up outside my place. As someone wrote in another review, they are great on the initial contact, and simply fall off the planet trying to get hold of them afterwards. I am now trying to get my deposit back,which is turning into yet another nightmare. Steer clear.

      Worst experience of my life! Delivery came two weeks after expected date. Charged $500.00 more than estimate quoted. Furniture damaged and mover gorilla glued it and notated for the person delivering furniture to try and fix it. Customer service rudest people I ever spoke with when they bothered to call me back.

      If I could leave negative stars, I would. This was a nightmare from beginning to end. I was charged double what I was quoted. They didnt take all my belongings, not even half! When I asked for my deposit back, I was told they wouldnt do that. Movers didnt deliver until a week after I was told. The movers rolled their eyes every time I spoke, cussed at me in a different language ******* translate), yelled in my face, left all the packing tape and plastic in my apartment and left furniture outside because they couldnt get it in my apartment.

      SCAM!!! took a deposit and then no movers ever showed up. Did not refund the deposit and will not answer emails or calls to refund.

      Avoid Venture Van Lines at all costs. They lose items during the move and will not return phone calls. They talk a good game on the phone, but they're unreliable and their customer service is non-existent.

      Our misadventures with Venture Movers began with a conversation with **** who guided us through the process and offered an affordable price for the items we needed to transport from *********, **, on Sept. 9th, to ***********, **. We had a good experience with the pick-up of the items in *********. The movers were efficient, courteous, and accommodating, leading us to believe the same would be true at the delivery.If only We were given several different delivery dates/times over the course of a week. Ultimately when the truck arrived on a Friday evening, it was getting dark. That was the first obstacle to getting our things moved into the house. The driver, a lovely person, was all alone. This was despite it being clear when the truck was loaded in ********* that as many as three people would be needed. The driver made attempts to find help through his company. We called Venture repeatedly for help, that Friday evening and the next day. No one called us back. The driver had told us that Friday evening that he would sleep in his truck and try again on Saturday to find help. We were not comfortable with that so we offered to put him ** in our home. We also started looking for other solutions, reaching out to local movers, but on such short notice none were available. We also wrote Venture emails to the addresses given in the contract we signed with them. Again, no replies, keeping with a repeated pattern throughout this ordeal. It wasnt until two days later that we reached Venture, only to be told by *****, the company spokesperson, that she hadnt worked over the weekend, so too bad for us apparently. Venture essentially did nothing to help resolve this situation. We were able to find a number for the moving company. They did call us back. Before that however we asked two able-bodied neighbors if they would be willing to help. And they did help. Without them, there is no way of knowing how long the move would have taken since no one ever r
