      SCAM!!! They took $949 from me as a down payment and Ive never heard from them again. They sound so personable on the phone but they are just trying to take your money. They prey on people that are moving in a hurry and/or dont have much help otherwise. I wish I did more research. I talked to a man named *********************. He promised I would get my money refunded but it was a lie. Never answered any communication from me after that.

      I contracted Venture Van Lines to help me move some furniture from my sons house in *****, ******* to ************! . I made all arrangements with ***************** who was very responsive and helpful, that is until he got my deposit! I told him about the strict time constraints I had with accessing an apartment building service elevator, I had it for Friday July 29 6-9 am and 5-9 pm and Saturday July 30th 6-9 am ONLY and he assured me over and over again that it would absolutely be no problem! I told him I had to turn keys in on the 30th and would be on a train by the afternoon! After getting my deposit he then turned me over to a woman named ***** and the reaction time of return communication fell dramatically. I tried to get a time that they would arrive on Friday, I called ***** for a time frame and she told me, Ill call you back! With the clock ticking she did not call back, so I called her from a different number she answered and told me sorry Im trying to get ahold of the movers! So she texts me a number from dispatch, I immediately call this and some guy answers and told me no way can I make it there tonight! Maybe Saturday 30th, So I expressed great concern over our strict time constraints with the service elevator, he then tells me his truck is somewhere else could not make it there Friday and would not be coming on Saturday for the time I needed!! After this call I was left high and dry, scrambling for any help to get rid of all my sons furniture and belongings that we could not fit into the car! Ive called and left messages for a call back and a refund of my deposit but no one will return my calls! These people are brokers not a moving company and will take your money and not give a c*** about anything after that!!! This place is a scam and total fraud!!! Do not use this company, I dont care how much it costs me I will hire an attorney to *** this injustice!
