      My sunglasses broke. Business stated they replace sunglasses. I sent information via email and never received a response. You stand by your guarantee. Unprofessional. I also saw your rating from ************************** not good. . I expect a response. If not, I will be spreading this news on ******** So dont be surprised ??. I have a copy this correspondence saved. I will be contacting your headquarters concerning this matter. ?? I tried to leave my phone number but it would not allow me. IMAGINE THAT

      This company tells you online that there is a full refund policy in the first 30 days. I found a kiosk and purchased a pair as a gift. The salesperson, knowing it was a gift, said nothing about a no refund policy and an $18.95 exchange fee. He puts the receipt in the bag so it is not until I get home that the receipt says, no refunds and $18.75 exchange fee. I'm a little peeved but assume at least maybe I can go back there and change it for something. I wear prescriptions so not ideal but better than nothing. Two weeks later, the kiosk on a Saturday is no longer there! There is no corporate phone number, no store phone number. Clearly, this company is a scammer that moves around, falsely advertises online, and hoodwinks people with fake stores and fake online policies. Integrity is everything and this is the worst of marketing manipulation, horrible customer service and false advertising.

      This company says they offer a lifetime warranty on their glasses but they do not respond to emails when asked to do so for a broken pair. No reply from them after 3 attempts.
