    I have no issue with the food or service at this establishment.All tabs are subject to a "3.65% Operating Fee" per a sign at the register to offset increasing costs. This fee is applied to all orders regardless of whether or not cash or a credit card is used to make a payment. I have never heard of a restaurant applying an "operating fee" to one's bill. Why is this incorporated into the menu prices? Furthermore, and to add insult to injury, this fee is calculated on top of sales tax (in order words, the 3.65% fee is calculated on the total including the sales tax!).
